Terms and Conditions

Effective: January 01, 2025

I have read, understand, agree to and acknowledge the following set of terms as the conditions under which I am being provided with any coaching and/or attending any live event(s):

  • Although T. Williams is a lawyer, T. Williams is not acting as my lawyer in these coaching sessions, nor at any event(s), but is merely providing me with coaching only. As such, no confidentiality or privilege applies to any of these sessions or events. These sessions and events are for educational purposes only.

  • T. Williams is not providing any legal advice in these coaching sessions.

  • Outcomes and/or results from coaching depend on a variety of factors and are in no way guaranteed.

  • T. Williams expressly disclaims any and all liability for any outcomes, results or anything else resulting from these sessions.

  • Coaching sessions and events are provided as is and without any warranties.

  • I unconditionally release and hold harmless T. Williams and any heirs, assigns, or successors from any and all liability of whatever kind, whatsoever, in connection with coaching sessions, including live events.

  • If I have any questions that are legal, I have the right to consult with my own independent legal counsel, which is not T. Williams.

  • All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. There shall be no refunds on any products, services, sessions, or events.

  • This Terms and Conditions agreement is governed by and shall be construed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., notwithstanding any conflict of law principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in San Mateo County, California.

  • This constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties.
